Eskom to implement Stage 2 blackouts from 9pm
Eskom will implement Stage 2 load-shedding from 9 pm on Monday until 5 am on Tuesday.
The power utility says the power cuts are necessary to conserve and replenish emergency reserves.
Eskom says the probability of further power cuts remains high.
