Somizi congratulates his daughter, Bahumi on her acting role

Somizi Mhlongo is a proud dad to daughter, Bahumi Madisakwane, after she bagged an acting role on a biopic which will illustrate the life and times of one of South Africa’s most celebrated musicians, Lebo Mathosa.

In the story titled, Dream, Bahumi will portray Mathosa in her younger years.

Taking to Instagram, Somizi expressed how excited he is and penned down a message to his daughter.

“It is not a coincidence. Not an accident. Not a mistake. No surprise. That ur playing this role. It was written in the stars from day one. I remember the first time she met u and screamed “ oh my word I have a daughter “ and from that day on she called I her daughter coz of the striking resemblance. Take this role baby girl. Own it. Run with it. I’ll be cheering on the sidelines,” he said.
