Formal qualification(s):
• Minimum Senior Certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Legal requirements
• Valid code B drivers license and own transport
• Passed credit and criminal checks
• S.A Citizen or valid work permit for S.A Training:
• On the job training and vocational training Understanding:
• Awareness of company policies and procedures
• Understand business ethics and values
• Understand structure and reporting lines
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of the services that are available to promote
• Knowledge of competitors in industry
• Strong understanding of our customer in order to design and promote content which is relevant to them
• Understanding of key objectives set within a brief and how to translate that into relevant content Experience:

• At least 3 years of running social media campaigns
• Demonstrate content design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
