Slikour and wife Melissa are expecting a bundle of joy
South African hip hop mogul and businessman Siyabonga ‘Slikour‘ Metane has been planting seeds in different entrepreneurial endeavours, but we understand that his latest seed is quite literal; he’s having another baby! Let’s take a look at some of the sweetest moments on their journey to parenthood.
The Skwatta Kamp member married his sweetheart, Melissa Metane in 2017 and two years later, the couple are now expecting their own bundle of joy. Although this is Slikour and Melissa’s first child together as a married couple, they both have kids from previous relationships.
Melissa shared the exciting news on her Instagram page – with an image of a sonogram – simply captioning it ”Our Love In A Human Form.
The Metanes might be a low key celebrity couple, but they have definitely been serving us #LoveGoals during their time together.
In other news – Brenda Fassie’s film finally gets the green light
The contested biopic of late icon Brenda Fassie‘s life is steaming ahead, with producers confident the film will be released in late 2020 or early 2021. Showbiz Bee announced in January last year that it had partnered with the Brenda Fassie estate and the Legacy Nova Entertainment group to produce a biopic about Brenda’s life and her journey to stardom.
However, Brenda’s former manager and producer Chicco Twala claimed that he had the rights to any film on the star’s life and had not given the companies permission to go ahead with the project. He was granted a court interdict, stopping the project from going ahead until it was decided who had the rights to make the film. Read more
