Daily & weekly costing
Cost control: Actual vs planned – CCS Worksheets & Allowable
Monthly Cashflow forecasts
Management of small tools & invoicing
Plant Management (Production & Invoicing)
Program updates – CCS
Weekly planning including meetings with site staff
Weekly progress reports
Management of production programs of operational staff
Proper management and control of Site Instructions, claims, daily dairies, fuel, materials, vehicles, Km Travels of Site Vehicles ect
Management of labour production
Oversee site administration
Oversee monthly labour wages
Monthly payment certificates
Liaison with Client / Client Representative
Management of Sub-Contractors

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: National Diploma Civil Engineering or related qualification
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Site Agent level experience essential
Great understanding of MS Project and other related similar software’s of the trade.
Ability to measure and quantify the works done on sites. This is for the creation of payment certificates.
A leader who will oversee and lead multiple people from different backgrounds and skills.
Ability to produce progress reports and plans.
In possession of a drivers’ licence and a bakkie/vehicle.
An individual who has an abundance of emotional intelligence (This is a prerequisite).
Be able to run multiple sites and work under pressure.

SALARY:

R20 000 – R30 000 (negotiable, depending on experience)

Plus cell phone / laptop / petrol / vehicle maintenance
