Sindiso Magaqa murder trial delayed yet again

Mlungisi Ncalane, accused number three in the Sindiso Magaqa murder case, is fit to stand trial.
That’s the finding of a preliminary psychiatric report after his lawyers called for a mental evaluation.
But five years on, the trial has hit yet another snag.
One of the defence lawyers says he’s not prepared for trial as the state didn’t give him crucial evidence to prepare his case.
Magaqa, a former ANC Youth League Secretary General was shot and killed in Umzimkhulu, KwaZulu-Natal in September 2017.
The case will return to court next week Wednesday.
