Sihle Xaba Rescues #Durbanfloods victims
While many of our entertainers are offering to assist those affected by the Durban floods via monetary donations, one actor has decided to take his help even further by getting his nails dirty and physically helping those in need.
Sihle Xaba, who some might know for his role as Khumbulani on SABC 1’s Uzalo is not only an actor but a well-trained safeguard as well.
Sihle has now dedicated his time in rescuing people who were or are still in danger ever since the floods commenced in Durban.
Sihle has shared how the last two days have been so hectic for all lifeguards and the search/rescue team members, but through perseverance, they managed to search high and low for all those who need help.
Thank you to Sihle and the many men and women just like him who are putting their own lives in danger to help those who are desperately in need.
Khaya Mthethwa has also requested for people to donate non-perishable food items, clothes, blankets and any other items that will help people who have lost their homes during the flood.
