RCL FOODS is seeking a Shift Controller to join our Consumer Division. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Plant Engineer. RCL FOODS is looking for a natural leader with strong understanding of plant assignments and correlating them with the necessary skilled employees.

RCL FOODS entrusts the Shift Controller to:
Manage the shifts, supervise the machine minder team and manage day to day activities.
Coordinate daily meetings to prepare inspection reports and make themselves readily available for call-outs. Make Operational and technical decisions that fall within the ambit of responsibility.
Troubleshoot, fault find and maintain mechanical equipment that falls within scope of practice.
Spend 80% of his/her time working on the floor.
Diagnose any running problems quickly and accurately, and take appropriate action to rectify the problem. Apply Now
