Purpose

The Repairs of garments on the Afternoon Shift – responsible for mending garments that have been sent back from Finishing with some flaws, executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters

Critical Results:

Able to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards
Accurately produce finished garments by following a pattern or instruction
Maintain an inventory of materials, tools, and supplies

Required Skills and Experience:

Relevant years of experience within the clothing manufacturing industry
Grade 10-12 preferred
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of outerwear is essential
Show an interest in the production of textiles
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to learn quickly
Good employment record
Able to work with patterns and follow instructions
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
