Service Manager required for a stunning company based in Midrand;
Candidate Requirements
Higher Certificate- Matric
Management / Supervisor experience or qualification
Customer service driven
Must have a good electrical / Electronic understanding
Fault finding
Be able to read drawings
Computer literate
Experience working with Sage Evolution – Pastel
Staff management
Coordinate standby accordingly with respective staff.
Stock
Manage and oversee all SLA contracts
Manage all warranty claim submissions to head office
Ensure overtime is submitted accordingly to the respective management.
Keeping abreast with all product knowledge within the company
Follow up on outstanding quotations
Inspection of all service vehicles.
Housekeeping of service department.
Ensure all training manuals are up to date.
Receive equipment for repairs
Repairing and testing of equipment internally and externally.
Look after the companies tools
