Fears of a serial killer on the loose in Eastern Cape

There are fears a serial killer may be on the loose in a Lady Frere village in the Eastern Cape.

This follows the gruesome murder of a pensioner on Friday. 18 people have been killed in the area in 7 months.

Of those killed, 11 were elderly people.

But no arrests have been made.
