Sentencing of Wandile Bozwana’s killers resumes

Sentencing proceedings in the case relating to the murder of billionaire businessman, Wandile Bozwana are expected to resume in Pretoria High Court on Wednesday morning. Bozwana was killed in October 2015 while at an intersection in Garsfontein, Pretoria.

His business partner, Mpho Baloyi escaped with multiple gunshot wounds. Vusi ‘Khekhe’ Mathibela, Sipho Hudla, Robert Mutapa and Bonginkosi Khumalo were arrested for Bozwana’s murder.

The four were convicted in June last year for Bozwana’s murder and the attempted murder of his business partner Baloyi. They were also found guilty on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
