• Health and Safety Compliant

2.Site Clerk with Health and Safety Qualifications

• Co ordinate all site administration work
• Time Keeping
• Monitoring and Maintaining of Materials
• First Aider would be advantageous
• Code 8 drivers licence
• Computer Literacy

3. Site Foreman

• Manage staff and sub contractors
• Quality Control

4. Junior Estimator

• Site Measures
• Prepare Payment Claims for Labour Onlys
• Assist with month end valuations
• Preferably graduate seeking internship

5.Labour Only Subcontractors

• Medicals
• Own tools
• Top Rates paid for quality work

6. Aluminum Factory Production

• Floor Manager
• Cutters
• Assemblers
• Manufacturer’s
• On site fitment teams
