The search for a missing grade 8 pupil from Parktown Boys’ High School continues on Friday. The pupil went missing during an orientation camp held in the North West.
As a result, the school has cancelled the camp and the rest of the boys will be returning to Johannesburg.
The school says it realised on Thursday morning that the pupil was missing.
Search operations are underway at the river where the school held a water activity.
The missing boy’s parents have been informed and are on site.
A missing person report has also been filed.
