KwaZulu-Natal: At 07H40 Thursday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on Mafukuzela Road in Ntuzuma, Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that a mini-bus taxi with school children and SUV were involved in a collision.
On the scene with Netcare 911 was Marshall Security, Ethekwini Fire and Rescue Services, RUSA, KZN EMS, SAPS and Ethekwini Metro Police.
Medics assessed the scene a found approximately twenty children who had sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
All the patients were treated on scene and once stabilized were transported by ambulance to the hospital for further care.
