Sbahle Mpisane time and again shows her fans what determination looks like – she refuses to allow life to knock her down for good. Since her car accident, Sbahle has been fighting to get back the life she so very nearly lost – and it hasn’t been an easy battle.

And yet, whenever you see the popular fitness bunnie, she’s smiling from ear to ear. What an inspiration. She recently showed off her beautiful summer-ready body and even gave her Instagram followers some advice: “Always buy long-sleeved bikinis for winter.

My long period of amnesia almost made me forget that I have brains in my head. My traumatic injuries on both my feet made me question if I can steer myself in any direction I choose.

Nonetheless, a few understood and pushed me to additionally reclaim myself and relook at my directions.
