Sbahle Mpisane: Be your own kind of beautiful. Remember the fitness guru spent four months in hospital after her car overturned and burst into flames in Durban on Women’s Day last year, and Sbahle was back in hospital last week to undergo more surgery.

Her family might be going through a rough patch right now but the fitness bunny doesn’t seem to be affected by any of that. If her recent pictures are anything to go by. She posted new pictures on her Instagram and we must say she is glowing more than ever as she continues with her road to recovery.

The 25-year-old added that her road to recovery was not easy
“Today I walked out of a weeklong stay in hospital hopeful and filled with faith. The road has been lonely, but I am forever thankful for the love of my family and your continual support & prayers (sic).”

And she continues with her journey to recovery and she is doing well we must say. She is posting pictures as she used to do before the incident and she is looking amazing. She is doing well. Posting gym sessions too.
