Sassa recipients warned against new card scam

The South African Social Security Agency is warning social grant recipients about a new scam, which gives fraudsters access to grant money in their accounts.
Scamsters masquerading as employees of the agency are skimming personal information off recipients Sassa cards, which then allows them to clone the card, and steal the money.
Sassa says as soon as they got wind of the scam law enforcement agencies were alerted.
