Sasol has announced that former Exxaro Resources CEO Sipho Nkosi will replace Mandla Gantsho when he retires as board chair in November.
Gantsho, who’s been a board member since 2003, became chairman in 2013.
The energy and chemicals company says Nkosi will join the group’s board on the first of May as independent non-executive chairman designate to succeed Gantsho at the conclusion of the AGM.
Nkosi previously headed Exxaro between 2006 and 2016.
