You get your basic and commision if you made target or not, we pay per sal.
Basic of 5500 as commision is uncapped and on exponential sliding scales, the more you do, the more you earn and you are paid per sale on top of your basic, our top 10 average R90 000- R130 000 monthly with overall consultants earning around R44 000.
