Job Requirements
Provide administrative support to the Maximus* Sales Manager and Relationship Manager
Administer the onboarding of new clients (Assist new clients migrate to the MAXIMUS system)
Assist with systems training for new clients/users of the software
Regularly engage with existing clients and follow up on non-payment and take appropriate action in this regard.
Co-ordinate workshops, roadshows and attend Debt Cousnelling related forums and conferences to showcase MAXIMUS* and system enhancements.
Market MAXIMUS* System to new and existing Debt Counsellors and proactively set up appointments with potential clients.
This role requires the incumbent to travel to new and existing clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Matric
Relevant post-matric qualification (NQF Level 5 or above)
PC Literate (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative / sales support function
Previous experience with Debt Counselling software or MAXIMUS* an advantage
Necessary Skills & Attributes
High attention to detail
Client service orientation
Strong communication skills – with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a diverse team across all levels within and outside the organization.
Fully Bilingual (the ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans is essential)
Proactive with the ability to work with limited supervision
Self-driven and disciplined to meet deadlines without the need for ongoing follow-up
Target Driven
Important: Being in possession of a valid drivers license and own reliable transport is essential for this role. (Travel expenses will be reimbursed.)
