We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to grow with a medium-sized company. Should be able to work independently and self-motivated to archive set targets within a designated area.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Service existing Print & Packaging clients, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business opportunities.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing GAP’s in the market.
Recommend changes in products, service, by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Increasing territory turnover; developing strategic solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Keep management informed by submitting trade activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
Maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related sales objectives
EXPERIENCE & CHARACTER
3 years in technical product sales. Outgoing personality , Sales oriented, Good Technical Skills, Knowledge of working a given Territory, Strong Prospecting Skills, Good Negotiation skills, Self-Confident, Quick learner of Product Knowledge, Good computer & Presentation Skills, Customer-centric driven, Proven Sales track record.
