Our compant is hiring a Service Sales Representative for the Pretoria and surrounding areas. The Customer Service Representative will:
Provide customer support for Internal Glass Systems, Door hardware, upgrades, Replacement and Modernization to our service Customers. This position interfaces with customers to effectively translate. communicate and meet their needs. And promote AMC agreements
Required Skills
sales : 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
•
Well organized and keeping track of Customer orders and completing to customer satisfaction
•
Ability to think out of the box and create solutions for the best turnaround time.
•
Previous experience in customer service and Sales
•
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Target Driven and to exceed targets given by Line Manager
Ability to plan customer visits and Report weekly activity to Line Manager
