Responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer base including answering customer questions, following up on leads / referrals and monitoring customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain sales records / customer contacts
–
Give sale presentations which include features, advantages and benefits of the product
–
Follow up on customer interaction
–
Answer customer queries regarding product information, servicing issues and repairs
–
Ensure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales
–
Maintain customer relationships in order to develop future business opportunities
–
Ad hoc duties when required
