Our import/export business based in Cape Town, targeting the wholesale and retail sector, urgently seeks a well-groomed, articulate individual who can communicate written/face to
face in English and Afrikaans. Your marketing skills
coupled with good customer liaison, merchandising skills, punctuality, loyalty and trust will be an added benefit.
Skills required: Ability to work remotely. Can prepare sales action plans and implement them.
Assist with all customer orders and needs
Ensure that our customer shelves have enough stock
Arrange stock of all products in an orderly and well-displayed manner
Keep our products neat, tidy and make sure item codes easily accessible
Make sure that the client has knowledge of all new products and secure an order
Work closely with key customers, suppliers, the sales team and customer care to develop actionable plans to improve satisfaction, sales, profits, and the overall company’s performance and positioning in the marketplace.
Cultivate a successful relationship with our customers
Understand the competitive conditions: keep
management informed of changing industry dynamics, market conditions, competitive and customer developments.
Carry out market research and act as representatives of the organization at various events such as trade events
Responsible for overall sales within the assigned area
Keep track of client information
