Remuneration: Estimated R150 000 per annum with added incentives and benefits.

As Sales Manager, he/she will primarily be responsible for his/her sales team, their targets, performance, training, after-sales service, new sources, planning, implementation of strategies and recruitment of new personnel. He/she will also be required to assist the regional business executive with the general management of the region, strategic planning and execution thereof.

Inherent requirements for the above-mentioned position will

therefore be the following:
Must have Matric, relevant qualification (advantageous)
Must comply with the FAIS Act requirements.
Must have at least 3-year experience in sales/short term insurance.
Must have managerial experience
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license – NB
Own car will be a preference.
Fully computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be very well-spoken in at least two SA languages of which
English is a prerequisite, as the Sales Manager will work in existing sources and open new sources.

Fixed salary plus monthly recurring incentive based on production
