We require a candidate who can own the sales function!
The job will require the candidate to work as part of a team, with the marketing/operations and training managers to find new business in line with the business strategy, follow up on leads generated internally, as well as build and maintain customer relationships.
The job role will be made up of sales activities (80%), however, you would be required to assist with month-end scheduling and reviewing of jobs (20%).
Minimum requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in a sales executive position (recent)
Property industry experience
A love of winning new business, and building relationships
A responsible attitude
A desire to grow into a true business development role
A keen interest in technology
Ability to present well to a group
Excellent communication skills
Target driven
Excellent computer skills
Hard-working
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised, as well as part of a team
Matric certificate minimum requirement
