Property Consultants:

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our auction company.

We require high energy, confident and self-motivated people who will be responsible for all sales duties from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Acquire and list properties for auction

Sourcing information about a property

Liaison with Sellers and Buyers

Previews of the property

Valuation estimates of the property

Marketing and exposure of the property

Post-sale service to with all parties

Attendance of all monthly Multiple Auctions held monthly at our premises.

The auction industry can be extremely lucrative if you are patient, consistent and self-motivated.

Requirements:

 

Some experience in the property or sales industry would be beneficial but not necessary.

Self-Motivated

Own reliable car and driver’s license

Own smart cell phone and lap top

Well groomed

Good communication skills

Must be honest and flexible

Salary: Commission Location: Glenashley, Durban North
