A leading player in the sales and marketing industry is looking to expand their sales teams.
You will be the selling insurance (mainly niche cancer cover and accidental disability covers) to pre-ontacted leads who have already agreed to the call.
We only work on referrals and thus there is absolutely no cold calling.
The duty of sales consultants is to convert leads into sales (conversational and influential) we do not sell aggressively.
All sales are conducted telephonically.
We do not have claw-backs and thus we do not wait for you to reach a certain target before you qualify for your basic or your commission.
We pay you an certian amount per sale on top of your basic. On reaching 100% of targets (8 p/d) you can expect income above R20 000-00.
Salaries are all above market related and we offer uncapped commission on top of a monthly R5500-00 basic salary + benefits (medical aid, death & disability cover and reimbursement of Gautrain travel uo to R70 per day).
We want sales professionals who know that they can sell and have a very assertive and persuasive personality.
Successful candidates will start in training which runs for a minimum of 12 weeks. You need to complete each week to move to the next with higher incentive structures, Once completed you are made permanent with us based on your performance. (Uncapped commission structure applies during training, you will be paid for every sale during training).
