Job Requirements:

To be eligible to apply for the Service Agent position, the following requirements must be met:

. Qualification – Matric a must

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English and any other SA language

· Must be able to read in English

· You must be a residence of Pretoria and have reliable transport (Private/Public)

· Must be able and willing to work under pressure

· Must have an ability to successfully resolve conflict

· Must generally have a calm disposition

Duration of employment

·Permanent post

Job Analysis:

· The Agent will be responsible to call predetermined leads to proactively market the bank’s product for which he/she is accredited, in a fully compliant manner.

Experience:

· A minimum of 1 year proven success/experience in an Outbound/Inbound call centre or any experience in Sales within Financial services. – No Chancers, Please

· Demonstrate an ability to work independently

· To meet production targets/deadlines

· Excellent communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Sales

· Making/Taking minimum outbound/inbound calls per day as per set target

· Provide proactive and responsive support to clients

· Providing outstanding service via all communications channels

· Act as channel of communication to present the features and benefits of the bank’s products that are offered by our client to prospective customers.

· Ensure that applicable campaign’s targets are met.

Salary: R 3500.00 plus commission plus incentives
