The Agentsy BPO is urgently looking for Telesales Agents with experience in a Contact
Center. Individuals MUST be ready and able to hit the road running.
Mandatory requirements include:
● Reside in the Somerset West and surrounding areas
● Minimum 2 years of Sales in a Contact Center
● Great command of the English Language
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to multitask
● Target driven
● Team player
● Time management skills
● Display professionalism
● Able to work in a high-pressure environment
● Teachable attitude
Salary: Good basic + favorable commission structure.
Key skills required:
Customer centrality/ Excellent telephone etiquette/Email Etiquette/ Sales
techniques.
