UDM International is the top sales company, in our industry, in the whole of South Africa and we are looking for the best sales agents to join our team.
We offer in-house training to all new staff, we don’t do any cold calling and we don’t have claw backs on sales. We are looking for candidates with high energy and candidates who are hungry for success. Please note, we only accept candidates who:
· Have a matric certificate
· Do not have a criminal record
· Have not registered for debt review
All our clients speak either English or Afrikaans, so it is beneficial if you can speak both languages.
If your application is successful and you join our team, you will be given:
A quality assurance trainer
70 – 90 pre-contacted/pre-qualified leads (weekly)
50% Medical Aid contribution
100% Accidental death and disability cover
Up to R70 Gautrain reimbursement (per day)
And most importantly, you will be given:
