Purpose:

To assist Sales Executive in selling over the telephone to existing and potential clients and ensure sales targets are achieved, utilizing established best practice customer service methods.

Responsibilities:

• Place 100% of External Sales Executive monthly GP Actuals (Studio)
• KPI measurement on Gross Profit Monthly <80% of YTD GP % must be achieved or a PIP will be implemented.
• If 90% average of the total KPI annually (at the end of the FY or Quarter) is not achieved PIP may be implemented.
• Provide general sales administrative support to Sales Executives as required
• Assist in identifying market opportunities and putting together sales strategies for new and existing clients
• Ensure that compliance with the SOP (standard operating procedures), Fraud Prevention, Order Verification are adhered to.
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Ensure that no more than 2 complaints are lodged monthly (telephonic or written).
• Actively work towards the company values
• Ensure the customers/client care policies are adhered to always
• Ensure professional customer/client interaction always
• Provides customers with necessary product and basic technical support.
• Follows-up with work in progress to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of goods.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails

Candidate Requirements
Experience and Qualifications:

• Matric
• At least 2 year sales administration preferred
• Experience within sales at a similar level would be advantageous
