SA lockdown: Beach assault case postponed

The man accused of assaulting eNCA reporter Monique Mortlock has been sent for observation, after losing his temper in court on Monday.
Craig Peiser was appearing on charges of assault and crimen injuria after he grabbed Mortlock’s mask and snapped it back on her face.
The case is postponed to Wednesday.
We are on Fish Hoek Beach to cover the #WeAreMore protest against lockdown. But one of the organisers just assaulted me, even with officers around us. He refuses to speak to me because I’m wearing a mask. @eNCA pic.twitter.com/BYx991Qmd0
