SA Lockdown: Back to school for teachers working from home

Over 20,000 teachers who were working from home during the lockdown will return to class on Monday.
This follows the President’s announcement that the country will move to alert level one.
The Basic Education Department says provinces must honour all contractual obligations with substitute teachers.
School Principals have been asked to re-work all timetables to accommodate those returning.
They have also been reminded to maintain social distancing in schools.
