Bheki Cele says no one has the right to be in SA illegally

Police Minister Bheki Cele has joined the police hierarchy in conducting a sweep as part of the nationwide Operation Shanela.
Addressing officers, Cele said no one has the right to be in any country illegally.
He called on the police and Home Affairs to act accordingly.
“You have no right to be in any country illegally, therefore police, Home Affairs, customs, you go and sweep everybody that is illegal in the country,” Cele said.
“Those people must be in the country legally. I have a passport and because I go to countries I’m registered to come in, I’m registered if I go out.
“If that is not happening, which means you are not supposed to be in a particular country. But the worst part of it is you are in the country and you give extra work for the law enforcement.”
