Rolling load shedding downgraded to Stage 2

Rolling blackouts have been lowered to stage 2 from 4 pm on Sunday afternoon until 5 am on Monday.
Then it will be suspended completely until 4 pm on Monday afternoon when Eskom will return to stage 4.
The power utility says this comes off the back of lower demand and improved available generation capacity.
From Tuesday, South Africans will get a slight reprieve during the day when stage 1 is instituted from 5 am to 4 pm.
Eskom says breakdowns have been reduced to below 16,000 megawatts.
Stage 2 loadshedding will be implemented from 16:00 this afternoon until 05:00 on Monday. Thereafter, loadshedding will be suspended until 16:00 on Monday. pic.twitter.com/S7eIuu05uh
