CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To manage the full function of the retail outlet as well as the online store.

Should have a comprehensive understanding of sales
Counter Sales Cash Up
Manage refunds and returned items
Processing cash and card payments
Respond to telephone and internet queries
Quoting invoicing and following up on quotes
Stock take once a month
Managing drivers and shop assistant
Managing and stocking shelves with merchandise
Should be physically fit as the job requires standing, walking, lifting carrying of stock as and when required
Opening closing of the store
Should have own transport to get to work
To ensure repeat orders and client retention
To build and develop customer and supplier relationships
Take initiative
Planning and Control
Attention to detail
Be prepared to work as a team and independently
Display a CAN DO, WILL DO, HAPPY TO DO winning attitude
