An upmarket fine dinning restaurant in waterfront is looking for a very experienced
and Senior FOH Manager.

Requirements:

-At least 5
years experience in the trade and at least 3 in a Managers Position.

-A demonstrated
interest and experience in achieving the outstanding service and presentation

– Good admin
skills

– Excellent guest relations skills

– Self motivated
and driven

– Fair but firm hand with staff

– Good diplomacy and mild temperament

– Extensive knowledge of wine and service excellence in fine dinning
environment

– Second or third international
languages, a distinct advantage, preferably German

– Mature and reliable, and the willingness to learn and develop

– Good organizational skills

– Common sense

– Empathy

– Computer literate

– If expatriate, Tertiary Education relevant to the industry imperative to get work permits.

– To communicate with colleagues and subordinates in structured and professional manner

– Must be able to manage people to achieve outstanding results and service
excellence

– Experience in training and motivating a team

– The ability to communicate, motivate and gain respect from the staff.

– A thorough understanding and experience of what is required to maintain happy
guests, an immaculate front of house, top quality food and a smooth running
team.

– Attention to detail is essential.

– Pilot
experience is an advantage

– Driven and
energetic

– Must be able
to cope with long hours
