Bouchon Bistro situated on 95 Hout Street, off Bree street, is upmarket bistro and wine bar operating Monday-Saturday dinner service only. We are looking for a restaurant manager or manageress who will report directly to the owners.
The right candidate must have experience in a similar environment, have own transport, can work evenings, can deal with the day to day running of a restaurant.
