Tshwane says almost all of its reservoirs have recovered from power supply disruptions.
But challenges remain at the Mamelodi R4 and Cornwall Hill reservoirs.
They are still at less than five percent of their capacity.
The Constantia Park reservoir is currently sitting at 19 percent and improving.
The city is appealing to residents to use less water.
