Search and rescue operations are underway in KwaZulu-Natal.
The Cape Town K-9 unit has also joined in the search for missing people.
Almost 400 people have been killed and many are still missing in the province.
At least 264 schools across the province have been affected.
A total of 25 pupils have died due to the floods.
