Jacob Zuma to pay legal costs of rescission application

Former president Jacob Zuma’s sentence will not be overturned.
He applied for a rescission after he was sentenced to 15 months in jail.
But a majority in the Constitutional Court found he did not meet the requirements.
Zuma will also have to pay the legal costs of the application.
Justice Sisi Khampepe handed down the judgment on Friday morning.
Judgment: The Constitutional Court did not make a rescindable error. The judgment and order against former President Zuma stand, and the application for rescission is dismissed with costs. (JG Zuma v Secretary of the Judicial Commission and Others) pic.twitter.com/lQ0FxuGXgS
