BASIC SALARY: R15 000 / Excellent Commission (to be discussed)

ASAPDUTIES: Liaising with tenants and owners
Qualifying and vetting tenantsProcurement and placing qualified tenantsMarketing rental stockSound knowledge of property rental contractsInspecting residential propertiesAPPLICANT MUST HAVE: A National Senior CertificateA clear criminal and credit recordA relevant Diploma / Degree (NQF4) (advantageous)Registration with Estate Agency Affairs Board of South AfricaA minimum of 2 years’ property rental experienceSales, Marketing and ConsultingInvestments experienceDealing with high new worth clients experienceMS Excel proficiencyOwn vehicle & driver’s licenseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English and Afrikaans (fully bilingual)Confidency and assertivenessA high level of professionalism and must be presentableThe ability to build and maintain long term relationshipsGood organisational and problem solving skillsGreat Telephonic skillsSolid business acumenThe ability to perform well under pressure
