A new start-up in the recruitment industry is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join the team as a recruiter.
The person will have to source and match opportunities in the market with candidates in the market using various sources. Pre-interview and screening of candidates and actively negotiate packages with employers.

Energetic and passionate individual;
Relevant degree with outstanding academic achievement;
2 years or more experience as a recruiter in the finance and accounting industry;
CV building and reading skills;
Sense of pride on all work undertaken and performed;
Committed to lifelong learning and improvement either through courses, reading, new challenges, adventures etc.
Self starter/self motivated and ability to work with little supervision;
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with people at different levels of organisations;
Ambitious with entrepreneurial aspirations.
