Description of Duties:
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract Provide general support to visitors & clients Answer and direct phone calls Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Maintain contact lists Ensure that the Management System is followed at all times Identify proposed Corrective Actions Identify Preventive Actions and Improvements Develop and maintain a filing system Collection and Maintenance of own records generated Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy Any other tasks deemed necessary on instruction from superiors Ensure knowledge and skills remain relevant and current.
