Western Cape Police have launched a manhunt for the murderer of former ‘Hard Livings’ gang leader Rashied Staggie.
The 58-year-old died on Friday after he was shot outside his home in Salt River on Friday.

Staggie’s twin brother, Rashaad was shot and set alight by a vigilante group People Against Gangsterism and Drugs (PAGAD) in 1996.
