Ramaphosa does hold Ministers to account, says Gungubele

The Minister in the Presidency says President Cyril Ramaphosa is holding ministers to account.
Mondli Gungubele says Ramphosa does this by having his ministers submit progress reports.
He was speaking to Power to Truth host JJ Tabane.
There has been mixed reaction to Ramaphosa’s decision to appoint a Minister of Electricity.
This is because embattled power utility Eskom falls under the management of two ministers who have both failed to prevent ongoing power cuts.
