Mzansi’s A-list celebs brought their fashion foot forward last night at the premiere of Netflix’s first original African series, Queen Sono. The star-studded premiere was hosted at the Joburg Theatre and saw your favourite celebs turning heads with their show stopper looks.
Queen Sono is an action-packed series which features a stellar cast such as Pearl Thusi who is one of the main characters. Pearl portrays the role of an unconventional spy working for an undercover South African agency devoted to protecting the people of Africa. It was directed and produced by South African comedian Kagiso Lediga.
Some of the familiar faces who star on the series include Enhle Maphumulo, Chi Mhende, Abigail Kubeka and Connie Chiume. The premiere was attended by Jessica Nkosi, Cassper Nyovest, Dj Zinhle and Pearl Thusi to name a few.
