The candidate must have a good understanding of all the conditions of contract (GCC, NEC, COLTO, FIDIC)
Manage commercial aspects of a contract.
Basic financial management principles and cost control
Tender processes and best practices
Quantification: measurements & payments
Reputations and relations managed effectively
Candidate must be willing to work long hours and we willing to be away from home for long durations
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Building Sciences)
Degree in Quantity Surveying Registered with SACQSP and SACPCMP
Skills
Computer and software literacy: Ms Office, Buildsmart, CCS, Model Maker, Road Maker & Civil Designer
